Case Manager

Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000 annually
Position Description: The Case Manager helps to screen, greet, and welcome new participants, ensuring the specific needs of participants at Samaritan Village are met through service planning and collaboration with various agencies, providers, businesses, and faith-based entities. This position must develop individualized service plans, link participants to community resources, and engage in outreach, crisis intervention, health education, and preventive initiatives in collaboration with trauma-informed care. This role must maintain the security and confidentiality needed for this specialized program.
Education and Experience:
● Possess a minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree in a human services-related field
● Experience in social services, working with marginalized populations,
providing trauma-informed care, and conducting residential programming is required.
● Experience with anti-trafficking programs (preferred)
● Possess reliable transportation
● Flexible schedule may be required from time to time (holidays, weekends, and special events)
● Ability to lift, stoop, bend, reach, and move about freely
● Must pass criminal background checks
● Possess a valid driver’s license and proper insurance
● CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
● Documentation of references (at least two professional and one personal) that attest to the person’s capability of performing the duties of the position and to the person’s suitability of working with or around vulnerable populations.
Direct Care Advocates

Position Description: The Direct Care Advocate oversees the care, supervision, and operations of
Samaritan Village Inc. residential restorative safe house. Overnights, weekends, and holidays are required, as assigned. This position must provide a supportive environment in collaboration with trauma-informed, educational, and life skills to meet organizational and individual participant goals. This role must maintain the security and
confidentiality needed for this specialized program. The Direct Care Advocate would work with a team of other staff members who report to the Clinical Director. The Direct Care Advocate must feel comfortable intervening
in conflict or crisis situations and is responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring the smooth operation of the restorative safe house during assigned hours.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Administrative and computer proficiency, including use of search
engines, email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
● High school or GED; higher education in social work, human services,
counseling, or related field a plus
● Minimum of one years’ experience working with issues relating to
substance abuse and sexual exploitation
● Flexible schedules are required from time to time (overnights, holidays,
weekends, and special events).
● Ability to lift, stoop, bend, reach, and move about freely
● Must pass criminal background checks
● Possess a valid driver’s license and proper insurance
● Maintain current First Aid / CPR certification
● Documentation of references (at least two professional and one
personal) that attest to the person’s capability of performing the duties
of the position and to the person’s suitability of working with or around vulnerable populations
