Culture and Talent Specialist
Qualifications
Relevant advanced credentials, including Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification preferred but not required
3-5+ years of experience in HR, talent development, or organizational culture (nonprofit experience preferred)
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and/or experience working in human services environments strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Demonstrated commitment to diversity within the office and using a personal approach that values all individuals and respects differences regarding race, ethnicity, age, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and socio-economic circumstance
Commitment to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and conflicts
Salary
$50 – $70 per hour
Marketing and Engagement Specialist Needed
The Marketing and Engagement Specialist serves a key function of Samaritan Village, Inc. (SVI) by overseeing the organizational operations as it relates to marketing, community engagement, volunteers, and administrative support. This role is dynamic and allows the individual to participate in various mission-focused areas of operations.
Shift hours are:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Occasional evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
Backelors Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
1-2 years of Marketing/Communications experience
1-2 years of Development/Fundraising experience
1-2 years of Volunteer Coordination experience
Experience in a nonprofit organization is a plus!

Direct Care Advocate - Full Time
As a Direct Care Advocate, you’ll be the heart of our safe house – ensuring it’s a safe, structured, and supportive environment. You’ll work directly with residents, helping with daily routines, leading activities, providing encouragement, and responding calmly in moments of crisis. You’ll also help with transportation, appointments, and basic household responsibilities.

Flexible – days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays
